Ron Mize is currently Assistant Professor of Development Sociology and Latino Studies at Cornell University. Ron's partner, Chris Batman-Mize, is a social worker whose recently defended MSW thesis draws out the implications of Freire's critical pedagogy approach for a more activist social work praxis. They have two wonderful children (Tori-12 and Theo-8) and reside in upstate New York.
