Just an interesting article...

I am not even sure if this would go under the cultural studies tag but I thought it encompassed some interesting case studies pertaining to the myth of normalcy and family. I am leaning more and more toward this topic of what is "normal"  not only in regards to family but as a student, as a school, as a curriculum and what is represented in the media as normal for my doctoral research. The article is from USA today an was written in 2001 but it is still very relevant 7 years later. If anyone is interested in reading and giving me some feedback that would be great. Thanks.

Men and women are from Mars (in non-Westernized world)

According to a recent New York Times article, personality tests consistently demonstrate that men and women are as different as John Gray would have you believe: men are more aggressive, less emotional, women more cautious, compassionate, etc.—we've heard it all before (though it certainly can be debated).
